I loved being at this hotel for one night. The hotel was fairly clean and the breakfast was savory. The location near a museum and theater was perfect for my needs. My room had a bigger bed and amenities like a safe, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly.

The breakfast options were tasty with a lovely view. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located near Seattle, stadiums, and the city center.

It was clean, fairly reasonably priced and had a great location for sightseeing. The facilities worked well for the convention I attended and the air conditioner wasn't set at 50. The design was also very attractive.
The elevators were very slow and at one point I thought they were malfunctioning. There were a large number of people at the conference which of course slowed things down but I think that area of your business needs some maintenance.

The Renaissance Seattle Hotel had wonderful views. The room was not only new-fashioned, but neat too. The room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and tea and coffee making equipment.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a pleasant stroll away from Can Can. It is in a very nice area, close to the Wamu Theater, Nordstrom, Cheesecake Factory, and the Port of Seattle.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, which helped make up for the long elevator waits, our hotel keys not working twice, and the indoor pool and hot tub being closed for renovations. The food was divine and our room service was exceptionally excellent.

The ambiance, location, decor, food, and staff at the Renaissance made our stay memorable, The cucumber martini in the lobby lounge is to die for. My husband lost an item out of the pocket of his raincoat (maybe due to the cucumber martini) and the staff found it and promptly returned it to us by mail. We're looking forward to our next visit.
